Studio Policies

     Studio Policies 2023-2024
   
    * Mandatory temperature check before entering the studio

    *Mask are required for ALL Adults
    *All Students must  have a mask in their possession. Wearing a mask is at the discretion of the studio! 
  1. Any account that reaches 30 days past due must be paid in full before the student can resume.
  2. Students enrolled must participate in class weekly and have consistent attendance throughout the dance year to be eligible for the Show at the end of our year.
  3. Students may NOT be dropped off and left earlier than 15 minutes prior to class unless prior arrangements have been made with the studio.
  4. All events and announcements will be posted on the front bulletin board in the lobby and the LTD website. It is your responsibility to stay current.
  5. There is absolutely no food or drinks allowed in the building! Water bottles that have a re-sealable top are the only exception.
  6. No running or playing anywhere in the studio, only DANCING!
  7. All  female dancers must change in the DRESSING ROOM.  Male Dancers may use the rest rooms for changing clothes.
  8. All classes will begin and end on time. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow time to get prepared. Please allow a 5 minute window for children to change shoes and put on cover up following class.
  9. All dancers MUST wear a cover up over all dance wear when entering and leaving the studio.
  10. All dancers.....NO dance shoes should be worn out of the studio.
  11. If an instructor must cancel a class for any reason, a specific make up date will be given. It is at the instructors discretion to have a demonstrator or assistant teacher take over or teach any class in case of an emergency.
  12. Love to Dance will be following a 44 lessons program, with Stage Rehearsal and Costume Show. Dates and times to be given at a later date. (44 Lessons includes ALL Saturday rehearsals, Stage Rehearsals, & Costume Show).
  13. ALL accounts must be paid in FULL, ZERO balance, by the end of the dance year to receive tickets and costumes or be eligible to participate in the show.
  14. All students must be present and participate in 3 of the 5 Saturday stage rehearsals at the studio and MUST be at THE ONSTAGE REHEARSAL prior to the show at the facility being used for the show to be eligible to preform!
  15. Studio will have a recorded message on the phone in case of bad weather. It is your responsibility to call and find out if classes have been canceled.
  16. Studio Policy is that there are NO REFUNDS -NO EXCEPTIONS!
  17. The late fee policy is explained in the tuition information, please make sure you read and understand this policy so as not to be late on tuition payments and incur a late fee.
  18. Returned check fee is $36. Cash payments ONLY after 2nd returned check.
  19. **If a student drops a class-I understand the last month's tuition paid in advance is forfeited. I also understand that a (30) day written notice accompanied by (1) month's tuition must be received by Love to Dance, by the first day of the month prior to a student dropping a class. The student will remain in class for (30) days. No exceptions to this policy will be made!
​Late Fee Policy
  • Tuition is due by the 1st day of the month with a grace period until the 5th. You will be charged a late fee of $22 if your payment is received after the 5th. If tuition deadline falls on a holiday or a day the studio is closed, please make previous arrangement for payment to be received by due date or in advance. No exceptions. 
  • Post dated checks will be charged a $5 fee

  • Any account that is consistently late 3 times will incur additional fees
Insufficient Funds
  • Returned check will be charged $36 the first time and $40 the second
  • Cash payments only after the 2nd returned check
Costume Payments
  • Costumes are $120 and a 50% deposit is due with the October tuition and the remaining balance must be paid with the November balance
  • Dancers will receive a costumer for each art they train in, except spring floor, and one pair of tights for the recital
Recital Fee
  • A recital fee of $195 is due with the February tuition and includes:
    • Facility fee for rehearsal and show
    • 2 tickets to the show
    • 1 studio trophy of achievement
    • 1 DVD of the show
    • 1 program book
  • For additional children the fee will be $150 per child
